Goods transportation

The goods will be delivered to you no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract, unless otherwise agreed. If we fail to deliver the goods on time, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract and we will refund the price paid for the goods.

If the goods you ordered are not in stock and are not stocked within 30 days from the conclusion of the Contract, we reserve the right to withdraw from the Contract.

In case the method of transportation is agreed upon based on your special request, you bear the risk and any additional costs associated with this method of transportation.

We offer the following options for delivery of goods, specifically for fireplace stoves:

Courier delivery service to the address provided by you – only fireplace stoves and inserts. Truck with hydraulic platform, customer’s telephone notification (only for stoves);
Delivery without installation, our technician will perform the delivery. Only for fireplace stoves and inserts.
Installation by our technician, the technician will bring the stove on the day of installation. (Free of charge). Only for fireplace stoves and inserts.

We can deliver other goods to you by the following methods:

Pickup at our store;
Using GLS shipping service.
We will deliver the goods to the location specified in the Order, and you are obliged to accept this goods. If you do not accept it, we will consider it as a withdrawal from the Contract. In such a case, we have the right to demand reimbursement of the incurred costs associated with the return of the unaccepted goods.

If, due to reasons on your side, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than stated in the Order, you are obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of the goods or the costs associated with the alternative delivery method.

When accepting the goods from the carrier, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and, in case of any defects, immediately informing the carrier. In case of finding any damage to the packaging indicating unauthorized access to the shipment, you are not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier.

As part of the goods delivery, especially heavy items such as stones, we can also assist you with their relocation to the designated/installation location. This relocation is not included in the price of the goods or transportation, and we will charge you separately for it. You can pay for it on-site in cash or by credit card.
